Meetings are held in the Nantgynant Community Hall [Unless otherwise stated ]at 7.30 p.m  and are followed by tea & biscuits
Admission£2.00 The Society's insurance policy offers public indemnity  cover. All activities contain some hazards and those attending meetings are responsible for their own personal accident cover.
The society has a constitution, and Equal opportunities & Environmental Policies, these can be obtained from the secretary.
The A.G.M Agenda will be circulated at the February meeting and to all on the new register of those attending meetings
